Connect a read-only Stripe key (we can't change your billing). MRRdue ranks your failed payments and at-risk customers by revenue and hands you a ready-to-send recovery email for each one.

Stripe tells you what happened. MRRdue shows who needs action.
Stripe records every subscription event, but recoverable revenue gets buried. MRRdue turns failed payments and churn signals into a prioritized queue you can work from today.
- MRR changed but the reason is unclear
- Failed payments get buried in Stripe
- Plan changes are hard to follow
- Cancellations are noticed too late
- Stripe events are noisy and scattered
- Subscription history lives in ten places
- Founders don't want to build internal reporting
Recovery-first
Know which customers to save this week, and exactly what to send them.
Failed payments, retention risk, and recovery emails in one prioritized queue, not another chart wall. You choose what to send and when. MRRdue surfaces the dollars at risk and the next step.
Revenue recovery queue
See the failed-payment cases that matter first, with revenue at risk, recovery status, and the next manual action in one place.
Failed-payment risk scoring
Prioritize expired cards, authentication failures, repeated retries, and high-value customers before recoverable revenue turns into churn.
Retention-risk signals
Catch cancellation and downgrade signals early so you know which customers may need outreach before they disappear.
Manual recovery assistant
Copy recovery emails, payment links, and case notes from the dashboard. You decide what to send and when.
Read-only Stripe safety
Connect with restricted access. MRRdue reads subscription data for signals and alerts without changing your billing.
Agent & automation ready
Slack alerts, signed event webhooks, CSV/JSON exports, and a read-only REST API so your own automations and AI agents can work the queue. MCP server coming soon.
Webhook Doctor
If a Stripe webhook breaks, you hear about it in minutes.
MRRdue receives your Stripe webhooks directly, so it watches them for you. Webhook Doctor catches a signing secret that broke after a redeploy, an endpoint returning errors, and events that were received but never processed — the silent failures invisible in Stripe's own dashboard — then alerts you with the likely cause before your MRR number goes wrong. Scheduled reconciliation backs it up as a safety net. Included on every plan.

Why MRRdue exists
Built for teams who cannot afford silent churn.
MRRdue is for indie and bootstrapped SaaS founders who want a focused recovery queue instead of another dashboard they never open.
“I built MRRdue after watching failed payments quietly drain revenue from bootstrapped SaaS products — money that was recoverable if someone had just been told in time. Every number on this page comes from the sample workspace you can open yourself in the demo. No invented customers, no fake quotes. Connect a read-only key and see your own numbers instead.”
Put a number on it
How much failed-payment revenue are you losing right now?
Three inputs, no signup. Then connect a read-only key and compare the estimate with your real Stripe numbers.
Simple pricing
Stripe revenue recovery without risky billing changes.
Start with a 14-day trial. Connect Stripe, find recoverable revenue and retention risk, and upgrade when you are ready to keep your recovery queue live. No permanent no-cost workspace, no surprises. Prefer to look first? View the demo dashboard.
Paid MRRdue plans are intended to be billed with Dodo Payments. Your connected Stripe account remains read-only recovery signal data. Annual billing includes roughly two months compared with monthly billing.
FAQ
Questions founders ask before connecting.
Straight answers on Stripe access, trial timing, and what happens after day fourteen. No sales call required.
Why does MRRdue only ask for read-only access?
By design. You connect a Stripe restricted key scoped to read-only access on customers, subscriptions, invoices, prices, and products. Stripe itself rejects any write request from that key, so MRRdue physically cannot charge cards, edit subscriptions, or change your billing. Our server also refuses full secret keys — only restricted keys are accepted. See the Security page for the exact permission matrix.
Can MRRdue email my customers?
No — by design. MRRdue prepares ready-to-send recovery emails and payment links, and you (or your own delivery system via the signed outreach handoff) decide what to send and when. Your customers never hear from a robot you didn't approve.
Does MRRdue replace Stripe?
No. MRRdue works on top of Stripe. Stripe remains your billing system. MRRdue gives you a focused recovery layer for failed payments, retention risk, and revenue movement.
Can I use MRRdue without connecting Stripe?
Yes. You can explore the demo dashboard with sample data before connecting Stripe. The live workspace starts as a 14-day trial after Stripe is connected.
When does the trial start?
The 14-day trial starts after you successfully connect Stripe and complete the first sync, not at signup. You get the full window once you can see real data.
How fresh is the data?
MRRdue uses Stripe webhooks for real-time updates and scheduled reconciliation to catch missed or delayed changes.
What happens if my Stripe webhook breaks?
Webhook Doctor catches it. Because MRRdue receives your Stripe webhooks directly, it can tell within minutes when a signing secret breaks after a redeploy, your endpoint starts erroring, or an event is received but never processed — the silent failures that quietly make your MRR number wrong. You get an alert with the likely cause and a link to the Stripe delivery log. Email alerts are on every plan; Slack is on Growth and higher.
What happens after the trial ends?
Your dashboard is paused until you upgrade. Your synced data is retained for a limited period so you can reactivate without starting over.
No card required for the trial
Ready to find the Stripe revenue you are losing?
